Henry Hanson is a Chicago-based filmmaker and programmer working in the tradition of the queer underground. His award-winning work has been screened in theaters, festivals, galleries, nightclubs, basements, bars, squats, and orgies worldwide. His improvised microbudget comedy Dog Movie (2023) is the lowest budget feature film currently streaming on the Criterion Channel.
